Waiake/ Torbay - Mod House available 27/12/07 - 10/01/08

We have a modern 4/5 x bedroom house overlooking a reserve to Waiake/Torbay beach, with extensive views over the Hauraki Gulf.

Approx. 1 km or 9 mins walk to Waiake Beach, and about the same to Browns Bay.

Back section, really quiet and a wonderful outlook.

Nice neighbours and we'd like to keep it that way!

All mod cons, broadband, bbq, big tv, messy garage!

Master has King bed, 1x has double, 1 x has single,  1 x is an office, 1 x is a kids TV room, you could put beds in these  2 x rooms.

Hello.  I have a lovely 2 storey home for rent.  It has seaviews and is 5 mins walk to Torbay shops and 10 minutes walk to the Sailing Club or 2 minutes drive.

There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs and one downstairs.  There is a double and single room up and a double and single down.

The lawn is completely flat so suitable for putting boats, sails, etc. on.

Our house is two stories with 4 bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite,

2nd room has two single beds and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 1 single bed. 

These rooms all share the 2nd upstairs bathroom. 

Downstairs is mostly open plan living with 1 toilet but has a large family room that can be closed off with a sliding door.  We have a couch in there that folds out into a double bed and there is room for another couple of stretchers/mattresses if needed. 

Not a big section but we have a really nice large decked area 

and outdoor dining space with a bbq that flows from the living rooms. 

Kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. 

I would like to add that we don't want any animals.

Located just 20 minutes walk from Waiake Beach and Browns Bay, a 5 minute walk to the Northcross shops and a 5 minute drive to Albany’s Westfield mall. Our house, on Nor’east Drive, is a split level home with 
3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – 
2 toilets, 2 showers & 1 bath, 
washing machine & dryer. 
There are two lounges (one with a fold out couch), a modern kitchen, dinning room with a 6-seat dining table, 2 fridge freezers, a wine fridge and ample off-street parking for 3-4 cars. A good DVD library and wireless internet (BYO laptops).
From the upstairs, north-facing deck there are expansive valley and sea views, a BBQ and a small outside table. Downstairs, there is a private, enclosed garden patio with a second BBQ, great in the evenings!
The place is available from 17/12/07 – 20/01/08 @ $525 per week and we would reduce this to $400 per week if rented for a minimum of 4 weeks.
